This is not specified in the RDR but it is TCC's interpretation of what will be necessary as the dynamic between Adviser and client changes because of the introduction of adviser charging. The skills, confidence and the ability of your Advisers to manage this transition are critical. TCC has developed a modular approach to supporting Advisers through direct workshop interventions and workshops to develop the skills of supervisors and managers in this new environment.
TCC can also support the development of your internal Trainer’s instructional skills in this arena. By creating and providing you with trainer resource packs your Trainers will be equipped to impart the practicalities of how to use these materials and can develop your Advisory population.
