The process, at the very highest level, is as follows:
n identifying where the firm wants to be including vision, objectives, financial success and client proposition (with the RDR deadline of 2012, the timings for this exercise are usually aimed at this date)
n identifying where the firm is against this ideal
n identifying and implementing actions to complete the journey
During this process, TCC will help firms address their business:
n client bank management (including segmentation and contact strategy)
n client proposition(s) – what does the firm actually do for its clients and what is a client paying for
n growth of the firm – by income, income stream, client prospects and/or Adviser numbers
n marketing and promotion
